creditworthiness.
How We Share Your Personal Data
We disclose your Personal Data to the categories of service providers and other parties listed in this
section. Depending on state laws that may be applicable to you, some of these disclosures may

These parties help us provide the Services or perform business functions on our behalf. They

acquisition, bankruptcy or other transaction in which that third party assumes control of our business

Data that is Not Personal Data
We may create aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data from the Personal Data we collect, including
by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to a particular user. We may use
such aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful
business purposes, including to analyze, build and improve the Services and promote our business,
provided that we will not share such data in a manner that could identify you.
Within Snapbau, only those departments and persons who need access to fulfill the processing you have
consented to, our contractual and legal obligations or to protect our legitimate interests have access
to your data.
To process the services we offer, we work with our group companies in Germany as well as third parties
in Germany and in the European Union or the European Economic Area. This particularly concerns
administrative, technical, logistical and other services. The data passed on may only be processed by
the third parties to fulfill their order. Any other use of the data is not permitted. By carefully
selecting, instructing and monitoring the third parties who carry out commissioned data processing, we
ensure that data protection is guaranteed throughout the entire processing of your data. We are
supported by third parties in the following areas.
We may also disclose your data to our domestic group company to use the data for their own purposes.
They will process the data in accordance with this data protection declaration and the applicable data
protection law and thus ensure equivalent protection of the data. The group companies may use the data
for the same purposes as we do.
Data Protection
In order to provide our services and operate the website, the processing of personal data (hereinafter
“data”) is necessary. This data protection declaration is aimed at visitors to our website and our
customers.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your
data and to protect it from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, falsification or destruction, etc. We

We’re constantly improving our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time,
but we will alert you to any such changes by placing a notice on the Snapbau website, by sending you an
email and/or by some other means. Please note that if you have opted not to receive legal notice emails
from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your
use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the
Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the
changes. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such
information is collected. The current data protection declaration is available at any time on our
website in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. In case of doubt, the English version of this
data protection declaration is authoritative.
